This is agreat fax / answering machine. It 's simple and works as an integrated unit. We bought one for 12 years and used it a lot. If it is broken, we went to replace it and bought the exact same model. Supplies the same or form. I'm glad to see that once you find a good project to keep them.

This is older (coil) technology, is a good basis for a fax of those who do not need advanced features. E fax and copies good enough good enough, even if you double the tendency to feed it pages. It 'a very good car for the elderly, who need only a simple fax / copier, easy to use and with features such as phone, speed dialing and a built-in answering machine. These additional functions are all working very well.

Note: The Panasonicrolls of film parts are always available in markets in office for about $ 30 but you can also roll these online for about $ 10 from Amazon suppliers.

I have owned this for about a year. It 's my fourth Panosonic fax / answering machine and I have almost nothing works reilably on them. In the humid summer days, I have to feed them by hand and fax. The answering machine cuts 1 to 5 callers, and just as annoying if there is a prompt hangup from a seller, for example, record 20 seconds a busy signal. None of my other Panosonic how this is done.

If it worked I would have returned. But it worked randomlysufficient to ensure its use.

I bought this machine to replace an older model. The first time I tried to fax or copy, the gears inside and shaken the fax was interrupted several times. Apparently the wheels are unbalanced. This model is a cheaper version of my old and is not a good relationship. I could not find a phone number for Amazon to discuss how to proceed. Apparently Amazon does not even want to call if anything they sell is defective. I called Panasonic and was required to give them a credit cardNumber before they would send a new one that I will get in a few weeks. They promised not to charge it, if not around the "dog" I get first. It is hoped that the new work OK, but I have my doubts. This machine is not worth it. Do not buy electronics from Amazon.

I also had problems with the battery of this phone. But my big complaint from the inability of the laptop work correctly if there are other devices for the home to be like the microwave or dryer – it cuts like a phone, though far from a tower. Love speaks caller ID, if defined (no glasses on to read the display), and the speakerphone and answering machine still working, so I use the device as a desk phone for now.

Ditto on battery life – dixiepeach – Chgo.
I was completely disappointed with Panasonic for the first time.
I purchased many products from them and never had a problem, so when I saw this phone, I was happy. It looks good, has many features that I love, but, as above, the phone is terrible. I bought two batteries and still not working, so I think it's the phone!
When I called, they told me to ensure that the poles of the survey were clean (no dust or other). Ah ah, forget it. I am looking forPhone and Panasonic are now completely ignored.

After extensive research, I bought this phone two weeks ago and did not disappoint. The display is large enough to read without my reading glasses, the sound quality is great (without interference from the microwave or my box Uversa ATT), has good battery life (AA batteries is not a problem if they are to be replaced), the area is decent and the ability to assign ringtones to groups or individuals in the phone MEANS that there is no need to know the phone isAction. The answering machine works well, and remote access is easy.

"Programming" this phone is not very intuitive and the manual is an absolute necessity, so do not miss!

If you're in the market for a new cordless phone, this is a good choice.

We had a Panasonic laptop to work for years and finally stopped. I bought a new product,
and tried to program it, finally gave up and returned it. I ordered the Panasonic and found programming
very simple. No problem with the installation. I know how to call the function block. My only disappointment
the phone book. It saves only 50 numbers. It seems a lot, but when I started the transfer
keeps numbers from my cell (100) I had to decide which record to 50. Morethan
a good phone and recommend it.

We bought this telephone for our mother who has Macular Degeneration. She loves the big numbers and finds the phone easy to use. The only probem she has had is the “record” button is next to the “playback” button for the answering machine. I bought this for my in-laws since it had all the features that they wanted. But it is not a good quality phone and I have found another one with more features that works much better. The problem is the amplification is not clear, plus the phone is not of good quality so it doesn’t always work well even when not amplifying the sound. Look for the uniden phone that has all these features and a wireless phone too.

Major Design Flaws – reluctant techie – olympia, wa
The buttons are huge, but if you press them anywhere but in the exact center they don’t work. Talk about frustrating! Also, the other reviewer was dead-on: sound quality is terrible. Plus, the answering machine cuts off phone messages after ten seconds.

I used one of these for about 2 years before a lightning strike finally gave it a death blow. The phone, as designed, has serious deficiencies. As claimed, you can dial up the volume, but it is not clearer as advertised. Think in terms of a very cheap speaker turned up to high volume. The louder it is the more difficult it is to understand.

The answering macine barely worked when it was new. Messages were often garbled to the point of not being understandable. A glaring design flaw is that there is no way to pick up your calls from a remote location. You can’t call in and get your messages. You have to go to where the phone is located to hear the messages. This falls into the realm of, “what were they thinking,’ when they designed the answering system. What if you’re 500 miles away and want to call in for your messages?

It has large buttons, which is a good thing, however, they are more difficult to push down than other phones.

Look elsewhere for a phone and anwsering system. This phone has a high price for what is really a very cheaply built product. Amazon is to be commended for not having this product available (as of this writing). I expect that most would be returned.
