Panasonic KX-FLB881 All-in-One Print/Scan/Copy Office Machine Review

The scanner on my Canon multifunction machine died after only three years, I decided to switch brands, and maintain a networked computer with scan to e-mail feature, as I work in a target price of $ 250 or not.

I love this car! Very fast copying speed, scan and copy the zoom function, integrated networking, and scan e-mail function makes this a winner! Unless you have a print server on your home network, it takes time to understand howrig this so that the SMTP server your ISP uses, but if set up, with only 5 keystrokes, you can scan a stack of small acts, and shows in your e-mail account as a PDF attachment within minutes!

The start-up on the first page print speed is very fast.

Although I am very happy with this machine, I have some bones to choose:

1) When you use the scan to email, you can not resolve a large number of pages. When Isearch, many more than seven pages to scan, not an error message that the document is too high. In my view, the machine should be able to scan many documents related to electronic mail as you may fax or the capacity of its 35-page paper tray handle.

2) If I try to scan to e-mail form a 8.5 x 14 real estate, the results are displayed with the sides cut to 8.5 x 11 inches, so that the machine is not smart enough to make the legal size paper be developed. I had a brother Colour Multi-Function Printer Scanner Fax. It 'been a complete disaster. I was constantly replace the cartridges. All data were complete BS. The resolution was terrible. Could not make sense of patients ECG 'fax me.

This Panny is a savior. Copies, prints and faxes are clear and crisp. It also prints very fast. I guess, is that the most important.
This machine is very functional and good for a home or small office. Has a solidListen to it and set up is easy. I connected to my wireless home network and it works great. The important thing is compatible with Vista, but I'm not playing with IRIS reading software.
My only guess Panasonic – a larger area to larger sites or books to scan a machine killer would.

As others have said, is a bit 'stronger, and do not consume much energy, causing lights to flicker. But these small problems do not affect overall performance.

After my wife died PSC2110xi HP (less than 100 printed pages in his life and tried 2 new cartridges), I decided I HP machine (HP Printer I always recommend my friends and family and used the same HP, but recently the their printer so disposable, and the ink cartridge scam, enough is enough). I have never seen a Panasonic before so I try to be decided, and I am very satisfied with the quality of this machine to impress (the building and exitQuality). Although only support M $ Windows, said that the printer supports PCL5, so I have a HP LaserJet 5 driver in XP and works well, the scanner is TWAIN. So I do not think that will have no problem supporting other OS (I have not tried it on other OS).

I am very happy with this machine so far, was the only thing that will give me a 5 star means not important on / off the car. In case you wonder, drum and toner are two distinctUnits. Most other low-end laser printers are both integrated in one piece.

Not satisfied with this product at all. After six months, the phones do not work anymore. Any dial tone. Panasonic contacted and troubleshooting it. Nothing works. We bought it used a turn of the century Victorian with three stories. Purchased with five receivers. I wish I could one with six, but Costco was not purchased.

All Panasonic cell phones of the past that we have ever had (and there were many) have special batteries and these would be difficult to find and more expensive as the years passed. Overview of the laptop / battery pair was a disaster. Each cordless phones, which were necessary in the past to be put wall-to-ownget a dial tone, should also be made w / c outlet.

Here is where this system is so fresh! You only need a wall to a phone line and all extensions will play w / or additional telephone lines. It is necessary to hold another a / c per socket portable rechargeable batteries AAA, although the increase in each of the expansions. I love the fact that each of the phones AAA NiMH battery used, and I suspect that this will always be available!

We have an old house and I ran the telephone wires in each room, and this system has worked so incredibly well! The phones work through walls and lathe and plaster stone and sheet rock.

Other features of note are laptops. The package we got came with five interchangeable equipment, all perfect, but with some differences that are reported. Three of the phones are identical and will be black. One is a white phone, but (I think) is quitesubstantially identical to the other three. Then there's the fifth … Drum roll … Award for mobile phones! I want all five phones were like this .. but then it would cost more. Same characteristics, but instead of a menu-driven, there is a small knob / joystick that you can actually scroll through the options to browse without any options, scroll to it to jump. Not a big deal, but is better looking and easier to use, especially once the habit. All phonesI've built antennas protrude nothing. Aesthetically pleasing.

The phone book synchronization between all handsets, such as calls blocked. I love the call blocking feature. Telemarketer calls: you can block numbers. I think you are limited to 125 (can not remember), but is a characteristic sweet.

The intercom function is very useful: Since we have a house with three floors and a basement that was very nice. From the base station to all handsets, you can press 0 to call.I have not been able to get the phones working in the same way. You can call up a laptop from another handset, but you can not "pass" would like all laptops, it is possible to walk from the base station.

The caller's voice and you can identify specific ringtones for specific numbers, just put like a phone. No problem with the volume (without headset is actually used). A flashing yellow light on the handset display in a message. You can retrieve messages from the laptop. <br/>
I'm not sure this is a system for a technophobe, but when you are ready to work with it, some of you will find very useful. The menu system is fairly intuitive. I can not say that I found everything, but I hope that helps.

I replaced my old Panasonic with this new version of the hope that the battery life is better in this. , I wanted the voice of the caller ID and built-in answering machine. I like the fact that you can immediately see whether a request, rather than choose a number to receive messages. The clarity of this phone is very good. Not because I want to eliminate my landline number is clearly important to me and cell phones break-up so often. I really like that, missed calls, showing the date and time of the personcalled, but I want the warning light was darker and lighter. I just need a phone for the kitchen, and Amazon was the only place where I could buy one. Target and Kmart to sell multi-cellular. I would recommend this product.

I also had problems with the battery of this phone. But my big complaint from the inability of the laptop work correctly if there are other devices for the home to be like the microwave or dryer – it cuts like a phone, though far from a tower. Love speaks caller ID, if defined (no glasses on to read the display), and the speakerphone and answering machine still working, so I use the device as a desk phone for now.

I have been using Panasonic phones for more than 15 years. I decided my aging phones and answering machines with this new DECT 6.0 phone system for studying and reading product reviews to replace. I wanted a 3-phone system that had a great speaker, voicemail and uses a frequency that would not interfere with my wireless computer. This product was exactly what I was looking for. I use a lot of the speakers, as I often work from home and do businessCalls. The sound is great and can people on the line to hear loud and clear. I like the features section and that if I address in a phone, the other two phones will be entered automatically updated. The keypad of the phone works very well, is the right size for my fingers, and light for easy use. The satellite phones stealing very little space, where they set and it is amazing how you do not have a phone jack / cable – they work wirelessly. No matter where Ithem at home, the reception is loud and clear. I find no fault with the phone's many features. Please have read the manual so you know what to do and how to enable the phone features you want. This is a great product from a big company.

I needed a phone that I could use for conference calls from home. This fits the bill very well. As negative to read instructions, just some of the fetures it says it is a bit 'difficult to understand, but overall I am very satisfied.

So far, only with this new phone system for about a month. So far I am very happy. Fairly easy to configure looks, well, sounds good. The only thing I noticed is that from my end, when I speak, sounds dead line. The people at the end people say, all sounds good, but. Have you tried several times – like my son to get rid of – voice caller ID. You can drive a NUTS! Most of the time is killing the English language and we need to look at the screen to seewho is calling. Can not rate the battery life as yet too early to tell how the battery cable.

Not so great battery – Amazon Shopper –
I bought this phone, the consumer prices report and reviewed the telephone wire works great, but the cordless phone battery is based terrible. The battery dies after 1 hour conference call. Then it would be at least 8 hours charging to take away.

I would not recommend this phone primarily for business use.

I bought a base unit (including a laptop) and two extra handsets. Worked well for about a month or so, then the handset started inexplicably dying. Sometimes the screen went completely empty and you want to lose the call or not to vote. On another occasion, the screen said I was too far from the base (even though I literally just outside the base). So I called customer service and they said that, as I need a new battery (after a month playing!). I look at theDirections before starting the phone and I was not even put the phone on the base for recharging after every call, so that the development of Ni-Cd are not a shop (which does not use, the better to develop lithium-ion Lithium has no memory). So it made no sense. Anyway, I went ahead and bought the batteries (for all three phones) and that did not solve the problem at all. So I went and bought another laptop. Again, no problem for a month and then the same problem. CustomerService issued remanufactured phones (4 handsets), in about a month to 8 weeks were all exactly the same.

I know I did nothing wrong to cause this. I began research on the internet and low and behold, I am not alone. If this phone for over a year. Sometimes ring, not only when someone is calling. Called Charter boys come down and check the line, there was no problem. In any case, avoid this phone. A headache because of missed above. Siemens phones are worth it, all their expensive prices.

This is an answering machine for the great person for a long time to absorb the caller (100 min looking for.) It allows the caller to leave a message that as long as they like. Still looking for a decent 2 line phone & answerer! – tideguy –
I bought a year ago to replace a nearly new model AT & T, when I discovered that AT & T did not respond model a nasty habit of hanging up on people in mid-message, or sometimes at all. In other words, AT & T machine junk.

This Panasonic is sooooo much better! And for several months, has performed perfectly. But recently, has developed some problems:

– Even though my ad clearly and sound good if I write callerscomplaining that they hardly felt.

– You can call someone and talk loud enough when leaving your message, this machine will hang on them appear in the middle.

I do not know .. It 's a beautiful phone with great features and all the buttons, but I returned to the starting point. Someone tell me: Who makes an answering machine, IS messages in fact, the entire message each time? Certainly not AT & T. And I do not think Panasonic. I am running models. Try

Overall a good machine, speakerphone and caller ID memory are wonderful. But many steps that access to basic functions, even remotely. A couple of times, I know that this machine failed to record messages from callers … not good! Moreover, the recording quality you want a bit ', to be, in particular, quality outgoing message, for some reason posts caller through clearly. (Hint: Take your outgoing message remotely, from a quietLocation – seriously!)

Very nice, but missing a couple of key features – –
A very nice piece of telephone equipment, integration of telephone, voice mail and Caller ID. I only have two complaints: 1 For some reason there is no mute button! A mute button is the largest, requires primarily for tele-conferencing. There is a second single button speed dial buttons. You may remember 100 names and numbers, which is great, but the list you have access to a. Turn the Jog Dial, b. Press a letter key, perhaps a couple of times on the first letter you want, c. rotatethe Jog Dial to get some more to your desired item. That is a lot of activities that call for someone to call all the time!
